About the Organization ICDA is an Organization of some likeminded young man and women committed for the development of disadvantaged groups of the society. It emerged in the year 1995 at Bhadrak, which was then a new born District of Orissa. In course of time the activities of ICDA was extended from community capacity building to education, vocational training, and income generation activities, rural and health development. The operational area of ICDA is throughout the State of Orissa in INDIA.
Vision ICDA is a secular, not for profit, socio-economic organization. It has undertaken to itself the task of Small and Marginal Farmers, the Landless, Dalits, Tribal People, Fisher folk, Minorities, Unemployed women, men and youth to move towards sustainable development by cultivating in them necessary skills in areas that directly affect their standard and quality of life.

Furthermore, ICDA also works for the development of urban marginalized women, children, old and disabled. It sets a vision to facilitate activities that will enable the above marginalized section of society to achieve enhanced socio-economic and personal status over the next decade.
Mission ICDA is fully committed to its mission of alleviating rural and urban poverty and to ensure women’s and child’s rights by enabling the people to participate in the process of their development with increased knowledge and skill in socio-economic development areas.
Objectives To conduct research, study, training and to implement programs for children, women, old, infirm, rural development, environment and health.

The Organization functions on no loss and no profit basis. The members of this organization do not belong to any political party. It is a voluntary organization committed to bring about social development.

4- Child labour School under Ministry of Labour, Govt.of India.

5- Sanitation Prog. Dist.Water & sanitation Mission.

6- women Empwerment Prog.

7- Rural Development & Rehabilitation Prog.

8- Relief and rehabilitation programme at Puri and Jajpur Districts.

9-Computer Education for youth belonging to BPL-Muslim.
